Rainmaker U. is a business development coaching program that teaches professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs how to identify and market their personal brands so they became The Person to See with their target audience.

For over a decade, my team and I taught Rainmaker U. live, in-person in downtown Los Angeles.

Over the course of ten years, we recruited over 400 clients into the program. As a result of the strategies our clients learned and the business relationships, they fostered with their peers in Rainmaker U. these clients collectively produced more than $111M in new business.

To stay on the cutting edge of business development coaching, my team and I decided it was time to update and digitize Rainmaker U.’s content.

Today, that same content that was taught live has been converted into eLearning courses that members can access 24/7 access through our proprietary membership site. Another great feature we have instituted is I lead live, monthly group coaching sessions via Zoom to help everyone keep everyone engaged, motivated, focused and on track.

The biggest game changer to our new format is our networking platform. Rainmaker U. is not just coaching program but also a networking community as well.

We have built out an online website directory which includes profiles of all members of the Rainmaker U. community. We pair members up monthly for purposes of networking and generating referrals. We also host group networking event throughout the year where all members have the chance to gather, network and have fun!
