Rainmaker U and DTLA Study Group Member, has been selected to be JLL's Co-Lead of Latino Empowerment Resource Network (LERN)! In this role, Lalo will represent LERN within JLL and work closely with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion office to ensure Americas LERN programs align with the Global DEI Strategy. Rainmaker U would like to celebrate Lalo as he embarks in this new leadership opportunity at JLL.

Congratulations to Rainmaker U member, Eric Northbrook who rode his handcycle from San Fran to San Diego , 620 miles in 7 days last October and raised $26,000 for Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF)! Eric and a team of 140 riders and 25 challenged athletes collectively raised $2M for CAF.

It is the mission of the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) to provide opportunities and support to people with physical challenges, so they can pursue active lifestyles through physical fitness and competitive athletics. The Challenged Athletes Foundation believes that involvement in sports at any level increases self-esteem, encourages independence and enhances quality of life.
